Although I am a day late, everyone’s still in the thanksgiving spirit which allows me to get away with a delayed post. This year I spent my Thanksgiving working. At first I was not too fond of the idea of having to work right in the middle of the day while everyone else was home giving thanks on this “special” day. I then realized I don’t need to be at home with my family to give thanks to GOD for another day, because I do so most of the time. I sometimes lack on my prayers but I often thank GOD for the wonderful day he has giving us and for allowing me to see the light of the day once more. I also thank him for my immediate family, my husband, and some friends, as well as for those who are not really on my friends list. I now thank him for my current readers and for the future ones at that. And while working I thanked him for allowing me to have a job considering many do not have one. We shouldn’t have to wait for this time of the year to thank our GOD for what we posses. Every now and then we should let him know we are thankful. And if you don’t believe in him, then just be thankful everyday for what you have.
I hope you all had a wonderful turkey day, and remember be thankful everyday for being able to see the light of the sun.
